• Wholesale and Tax Exempt Customers: Upon receipt of the New Customer information, we will provide you with price lists, edge color samples, and custom order forms.

• Out of town customers: If you are not local, your items to be plak mounted can be shipped to our receiving department office (Plak Art Plus, 123 Vine St., Lockport NY 14094).  We will ship your order to you upon completion. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and size of the pieces to be shipped and will be added to your invoice.

• Turn around time is generally 1-2 weeks (not including shipping).  Large orders will require additional production time.  We will be happy to discuss your production needs with you.
